Make the subject BOOKING or ENQUIRY.

Outline your requirements and make sure to include your full name, address and telephone number.

 

We will reply as soon as possible and discuss the easiest way for you to make payment

booking

  1. If the booking is more than 2 months ahead a reservation deposit 50% of the total rent should be sent by post to - Joan Jehu, Maison de Moulin,130 Allee de la Reisse,74210,Doussard, France.
  2. The rest of the fee should be sent to arrive 1 month before your arrival date.
  3. If booking within 2 months the full payment should be made.
  4. On arrival the owner will show you the property and you will deposit a cheque for 400 euro against damages
  5. Prior to departure the owner will return the cheque after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
  6. Cleaning is client's responsibility unless otherwise arranged at 15 euros per hour.
