  1. A reservation deposit 25% of the total rent should be sent by post to - Joan Jehu, Maison de Moulin,130 Allee de la Reisse,74210,Doussard, France
  2. The rest of the fee should be sent to arrive 2 weeks before your arrival date.
  3. On arrival the owner will show you the property and you will deposit a cheque for 400 euro against damages
  4. Prior to departure the owner will return the cheque after a satisfactory inspection of the property.
